Grounded in the principles of Cadillac and Classical Pilates, the practice focuses on form-led movement that builds strength from the core outward. Sessions are slow, precise and deeply personalised, designed to support the body over time, not just in the moment.

The studio is intentionally intimate. A calm, minimal space where clients are seen, guided, and challenged with care. We work quietly and intentionally, valuing consistency over intensity, and depth over pace.

This is a space for people who take their wellbeing seriously, those who seek results, but also want a deeper understanding of their body.

As a private studio, we welcome new clients by referral or direct enquiry only.

Discovering my scoliosis at age 11 prompted my journey into Pilates aiming to strengthen and mobilise my back. Over time, I grew deeply passionate about its transformative effects on both body and mind. This passion led me to pursue a Certificate IV in Fitness and later advanced studies in comprehensive studio and rehab Pilates through Polestar Pilates, an internationally recognised training institute.

After gaining experience at various Pilates studios and physiotherapy clinics across Sydney's eastern suburbs, I eventually fulfilled my dream of opening a private Pilates studio in Paddington.

My vision goes beyond fitness, emphasising overall wellness for both body and mind. I aim to build lifelong relationships with clients, guiding them on their wellness journeys and creating a supportive community.

This journey from personal experience has been incredibly rewarding, allowing me to positively impact the lives of others through Pilates.
